Rashmi Rawlley

Rashmi completed her Law with French degree (LLB Hons) in 2004 and spent the third year of her degree at Nice University studying French Law. She completed her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London in 2005 and undertook her training contract with us in the banking and real estate department. She was admitted as a solicitor in April 2008.

Rashmi advises on all areas of real estate including commercial leases, residential conveyancing, bulk auction sales, lease extensions, freehold acquisitions and disposals, tenant’s right to first refusal, collective enfranchisement, and applications to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. She has within a small space of time acted for a number of major financial institutions and high net worth individuals. She was previously instructed by a real estate company to manage the sale of their portfolio of approximately 200 properties at auction which had tight time schedules for completion. She successfully represented a real estate company in their application to the LVT to overturn a previous order appointing a management company for a block of 32 flats.

Rashmi’s hobbies include baking, travelling, skiing and trying new cuisines. She is also fluent in French and speaks Hindi and Punjabi but would like to learn more languages.
